Glastonbury Town Oral Project
This is a project resulting from work done mainly by the Friends of the Somerset Rural Life Museum on Glastonbury which includes aspects of home, family, school, working and social life and the town, its industries and shops, during the last century. There are 34 personal history recordings by Glastonbury people in the Museums sound archive, some of which have been put on line. The sound recordings and much more of the conversations are also available as word or pdf files on pages 2 to 5.
